When I think of places to getaway to, I always look for the places that offer the most privacy and relaxation. One of our favorite weekend getaway spots is The Cabin at Copper Ridge located in Cotopaxi, Colorado.
The cute little two room cabin is a great place to disconnect from the daily noise and reconnect with nature. The property is clothing optional and provides amazing relaxation. The cabin has a kitchenette in each room and shares a bathroom in between. The rooms also feature a queen sized bed and a small dining table.
The cabin is located just minutes from the Royal Gorge and has several hiking trails. It is located in an elevated portion of the property offering stunning views of the valley and the distant snow capped peaks. The land also backs up to Bureau of Land Management (BLM) forested land which adds additional space to hike nude. The cabin sits on 70 acres and has plenty of room to reconnect with nature.
Me and my husband love coming to The Cabin at Copper Ridge to relax and unwind from work and life. We started coming here not too long after the opening. It’s a safe place for us to just be us and reconnect with nature. It is still close enough that we can run away for the weekend and still get back in time to prepare for our next work week.
We originally found out about it from the owners Diane and Kevin through the Rock Mountain Naturist Club. We have been hooked on coming to the cabin at least once a year. Both of us encourage other nudist/naturist folks to come stay a night or two at this friendly retreat. Diane and Kevin are the best hosts and are always available to answer questions.
